It doesn’t seem like 4 years since the last one, but here we are on the verge of yet another football World Cup.
Will this year finally see England repeat the heroics of 1966 and win the famous gold trophy for the second time? Or will it be another case of penalty heart and headache? Either way, you’ve just got to show your support for the boys haven’t you? You’ve already got the flag flowing from the bedroom window, the car flags are in place and you’ve managed to get the cut price shirt at Asda. So what’s left to bedeck in the England colours? Why your phone of course.
Here at Ringtones-Direct we are supporting England to the hilt with a massive selection of World Cup Wallpapers and Screensavers. Here’s a small selection below.

But we’re not that one-eyed at Ringtones-Direct to think there’s only one team in it in South Africa this year (and because we’re not stupid either, because we know England will probably only make it to the quarter finals, draw Germany and lose on pens). We’ve also got a great range of other nations (including Scotland Wales and Ireland) football Wallpapers and Screensavers ready for sale. Just click the links to see our full range.

BBC Radio 1′s Big Weekend officially kicked off the festival season for 2010 last weekend in Bangor, North Wales.
With the Glastonbury, Reading and Leeds, V and Oxegen line ups already announced it’s again looking like it’s gonna be a massive outdoor Summer extravaganza of headliners, hot sun (hopefully) and hangovers (definitely).
Can’t make it to the festivals? Haven’t got a ticket? Don’t like camping, blocked toilets, endless mud and the possibility of having your camera nicked? Then why not just stay at home and download one of our great Festival Headliner Ringtones available here at Ringtones-Direct. We’ve also got a stack of Full Tracks MP3s if you want the whole tune.

Hotel Tycoon Resort is an amazing simulation game – whether you want to be the boss of a huge mass tourist resort or a high class elite hotel – its up to you. Finish 8 challenging missions or prove your management skills in the endless mode. Hotel Tycoon keeps you busy, use your resources wisely and build a living holiday resort with pools, bars and all kinds of entertainment objects that live up even to the highest expectations of your guests. Are you worthy to be the next Hotel Tycoon.
Working initially for your girlfriend’s disapproving hotel owner father, you have to build both his confidence in you and also the hotels that he requires through a series of targets such as building a certain number of hotels, attracting a certain number of customers to them and then of course creaming in the cash.
The only way to achieve each of these goals is by building, maintaining and upgrading the restaurants and leisure facilities that will attract people in to your new hotels. You will also have to look after the road structures and environment directly situated around your structure – cleaning litter, filling in pot holes etc.
Hotel Tycoon Resort is a very good release in the Sim genre, however it can become a little repetitive when you find you have to build yet another hotel using the same methods to achieve differing goals. The screen can also become a little frustrating and cluttered at times when random messages appear that don’t really give you any advice, however these things aside if you like Sim type games, this game can give you a hell of a lot of gameplay where other titles can be completed in a lot quicker timescale.
Ringtones-Direct marks out of 10 – 7/10.
If you fancy being an Hotel Tycoon and making pots of cash in property, then this is the game for you. Checkout Hotel Tycoon Resort at Ringtones-Direct now!

A few weeks ago we blogged about the The Mobile Phone Ten Commandments. This week, we thought we would post another list of phone based frivolity with the 5 worst places to lose your phone. What do you think?
5. The Roof Of Your Car
We’ve all done it – worst still we’ve left a folder of paper on the roof, but at least that’s kinda non-expensive to replace quickly. This happens most to Bluetooth headset wearers – You’re on the phone, which you’ve left on the roof of your car, and you don’t realize it until the call disconnects when your HTC explodes on the ground after you break quickly to avoid murdering a squirrel.
Chance of recovery: 10% (Depending on where/how it lands).
4. Your Ex-Boyfriend/Girlfriend’s House
Everything was going fine until you got a text from a strange number saying ‘thanks 4 last nite X’ (Or words to that effect). Then you had THAT argument. Then you stormed out of the house. Then you forgot your phone with ALL your contacts on.
Chance of recovery: 0-20% (Depending on whether you can apologise enough to get it back).
3. Your One Nighter That Texted You At Your Ex-Boyfriend/Girlfriend’s House Above.
They’ve got your old phone that you only replaced this morning – Enough said.
Chance of recovery: 0-35% (Depending on how fit they were, drunk you were or maybe how rich their family is).
2. Bus Or train
Kiss your phone goodbye. Call your network provider, suspend your service and get a new one… And do it quick, or you may see £400 phone bills, you and your ex on the Internet or your parent’s faces when they receive that MMS………..
Chance of recovery: 0-75%
1.Toilet
It happens more often than you would think. You’ve got your phone in your shirt pocket, you lean over to flush, and plop-swirl-bye bye goes your phone. Heavier models can stay put, but would you want to put your hand down there – especially when the toilet is of public use……….
Chance of recovery: 0-100%
Chance of it ever working again: 0-2% (Depending on whether it’s waterproof)
