If your ringtone or download has not arrived, please check to make sure that your handset has been set up to access WAP/Internet services.
If your phone is not set up for WAP and you need the settings sent to your phone, please read our post on the Ringtones Direct Blog on how to configure your handset for WAP, MMS & GPRS.
