For the majority of services, WAP access is required in order to download the item you have purchased and this clearly stated on the website prior to ordering.
It is not possible for us to send this item direct to your mobile phone or via email.
If your handset supports WAP but is not set up to access it, then you will need to have the settings sent through to your phone. This is a quick and simple process and is free of charge.
